Ah! Long time no see! How are you all doing?

It's been a while since I last properly went on my dA account A lot seems to have changed while I've been away... now there appears to be new buttons and folders on people's gallery pages...and they have dA fella plushies...and I now have 3000+ devations in my inbox...and wtf BN has loads more pageviews than me!!?! XDDD

Anyway, my lack of significant activity over the past 3 months is because of lack of internet during the first month while on work experience, and university for the next 2 months after that. Oh yeah I guess I should also count the past week or so spent bedridden with flu >.<

Flu really sucks.

But all is good now.

Work experience at the Bank of England was dead fun. I won't bore you with what the work involved exactly, but the one thing that makes the Bank the best place in the world is that they have a restaurant with excellent food, heavily subsidised. Food that is good and also cheap is the best kind of food. Second only to food that is good and also free.

As for uni... what can I say? Oxford is magical. My college is located right at the heart of the city, next to the Radcliffe camera and Bodlean library. Probably the most beautiful place in Oxford. As for the work... maths is hard. Oh so very hard. I think I managed to average 5 hours sleep daily around 4 weeks in... bleh. And now they've given us lots of holiday work to do... so that's how I'll be spending my Christmas XD
Hopefully I'll be able to finish some of the projects I've already started during the winter break, because I won't have any time to do art once term starts.

Sooo I have a lot of catching up to do. I'm gonna work slowly and surely through my messages. Whatcha all been up to? And if it snows where any of you live, let me know so that I can be jealous of you because if the past is anything to go by, this Christmas is just going to be wet and soggy in sunny England.

In other news.. my PC died so I'm stuck without photoshop for a wee bit until I get some sort of replacement... so yeah temporarily no digital arting for me. I might try the old pencil and paper technique though, haven't done that in a while XD

Anyways, hope you're all enjoying your holidays! And the weather...(or lack thereof, for those poor souls living in the UK)

Woooo!

Just got back from a week in Barcelona with and . T'was awesome! Kinda depressing that after 8 days of hot sunnyness, I come home to cold scattered showers and lots of cloud. Oh well, at least I now have working broadband!

So after a month and a half of sporadic internet access and not being able to check my deviant watches... I've accumulated 1,349 new deviations in my inbox. Woop! So I'm going to keep this journal short, and get on with looking through all that lovely new art that I've been missing out on.

It's good to be back!

Yep, I'm definitely moving this time! We're moving into our new house tomorrow, at long last!

So yeah no internet for about 3 weeks until we get our connection sorted.

I'll try and find the odd internet connection here and there, so expect my activity to be sporadic at best ^_^

Yo! how are ya all? We've been moved in for about week, and are in the process of slowly filling the house with furniture It's a lot bigger than our old one so this is going to take some doing lol.

Anyway I'm writing this on a temporary dial up connection that we've rigged up... and it is slow and slightly tempermental. But at least I gets internet! For a bit at least.. the family's queuing up to use this connection so I can only be very brief. At the moment I'm tryin to reply to comments and journals as best I can.. it takes a year to load a deviation so I think I'll leave the 300 odd I've accumulated in the past week for later

So yeah I told you this would have to be brief It's good to year from you all, take care!

wtf... It's freezing over here! I'm sitting in my room with 3 layers on and I'm still cold . Call this summer? Stoopid British weather >.<

And we should be moving house by the end of the week! At last! It's taken long enough. Just hope it isn't cold and wet when we move like it is now >.>
